Subject Matter Experts
The AOC Enhanced Collections Unit is requesting additional subject matter experts to provide information and answer questions for courts and counties that want to establish and/or enhance their collection program. Individuals from the trial courts and counties that have expertise in various areas of accounting and collections strategies would be made available to a court and/or county upon request. Based on the specific expertise required, one or more members of the team would provide assistance. In order to minimize costs and time away from the job, experts could also offer alternatives to on-site assistance, including meeting by conference call, delivering webcasts, providing assistance through email, and acting as a trainer at a training event.

If you have subject matter expertise and are willing to share some of your time and knowledge in assisting other courts and counties, we would be most appreciative. Our ability to enhance collections will ultimately benefit courts and counties statewide.
