Superior Court of Solano County

Judge Mike Nail was elected to the Solano County Superior Court on November 3, 1992. He was elected District Attorney of Solano on June 8, 1982, and re-elected June 3, 1986, and June 8, 1990. He was Assistant District Attorney for Solano County from 1967 to 1982. He was admitted to the State Bar on June 13, 1967.

Judge Nail was President of the California District Attorneys Association and a member of the Board of Directors for the National District Attorneys Association 1990 to 1991. He received a bachelor of arts from Long Beach State College in 1962 and his Juris Doctor from Hastings College of the Law in 1966.
