§1.03 Community Property With Right of Survivorship

A husband and wife may hold property as community property with a right of survivorship. [FC §750; see CC §682.1(a).] If one of the spouses dies, the property passes to the survivor without administration, under the terms of the instrument and subject to the same procedures as property held in joint tenancy. [CC §682.1(a).]
