§5.02 Professional Education

Education or training received by a spouse is not community property. The exclusive remedies for contributing to the education or training and enhancing the earning capacity of a spouse are [FC §2641(d)]:

• Reimbursement for community contributions to education or training; and
• Assignment of loans under FC §2641.
