§3.10 Omitted Community Property

You have continuing jurisdiction to award community assets or liabilities that have not been previously adjudicated by a judgment in the proceeding. A party may file a postjudgment motion or OSC to obtain adjudication of any such omitted or unadjudicated asset or liability. In these cases, you must equally divide the omitted or unadjudicated asset or liability, unless you find on good cause shown that the interests of justice require an unequal division of the asset or liability. [FC §2556.]
