§6.06 Tort Liability While Not Acting for Community

You must assign tort liability of a married person not based on an act or omission that occurred while the married person was performing an activity for the benefit of the community to the spouse whose act or omission provided the basis for the liability, without offset. [FC §2627; see FC §1000(b)(2).]
