§1.05 Income That May Be Considered

Income that you have discretion to consider includes employee benefits or self-employment benefits [see §1.06], and the earning capacity of a parent who is not currently working or not working to his or her capacity [see §1.07]. [See FC §4058(a)(3), (b).]
