§2.07 Prehearing Disclosures

DSS and the parent or guardian must provide informal, prehearing disclosure of relevant evidence. [See CRC 5.546(a), (e).] Among other information, DSS must, on request, disclose the following [CRC 5.546(d)]:

  • Probation reports;
  • Records of statements, admissions, or conversations by the child, parent, guardian, or alleged participants;
  • Records of statements by, and names and addresses of, anyone interviewed;
  • Experts’ reports or statements;
  • Photographs or physical evidence; and
  • Witnesses’ felony conviction records.
