§5.06 Advisement of Rights

If the disposition hearing takes place separately from the jurisdiction hearing, you must either re-advise the parties of their rights or take a personal waiver. [See CRC 5.534(k); In re Monique T. (1992) 2 CA4th 1372, 1377.] See discussion of advisements in §3.04 of Part 1 and §4.05 of Part 2.
