§7.02 Time of Hearing

You must set a date for the .26 hearing to occur within 120 days from disposition if no reunification services were offered [see Part 2, §5.18[3]], or within 120 days from the termination of reunification services at the:

• Six-month review hearing [see Part 3, §6.08[2][d]];
• Twelve-month permanency hearing [see Part 3, §6.09[4]]; or
• Eighteen-month permanency review hearing [see Part 3, §6.10[4]].
