§8.05
Hearing Conducted by Court or Agency
Although
the review may be conducted by either the court or by an appropriate
local agency, you must conduct the review if [WIC §366.3(d)]:
- Parental
rights were terminated and the child is awaiting adoption;
- The
child, parents, or guardian request a court hearing;
- Twelve
months elapsed since a .26 hearing was held;
- Twelve
months elapsed since an order was made that the child remain in
foster care; or
- Twelve
months elapsed since a court review was conducted.
