§7.12 Statement of Assets and Examination

If the judgment debtor fails to comply with the questionnaire requirements, the judgment creditor can apply for an order to produce a statement of assets and to appear for examination. [See CCP §708.110(a); form SC-134.] The order must be personally served on the judgment debtor, along with the questionnaire, 10 calendar days before the date set for the examination. [CCP §708.110(d).]
