  4. In relation to meet and confer model, review rule enforcement issue and reach consensus on model;
  5. Review employee advisory vote/public entity poll model and reach agreement;
  6. In relation to retirement benefits:
  1. Review employment status options definitions of state, county, court and other; revise as appropriate.
