Diane Givens

Judicial Clerk, San Francisco Trial Courts

Ms. Diane Givens who has worked for the San Francisco Superior Court since 1991, is currently a Judicial Court Clerk. Ms. Given's duties involve customer service, court records research, data entry, and telephone service. She is currently studying business, management and administration with the University of Phoenix extension program in San Francisco. The president of her union chapter at the San Francisco Superior Court, she has firsthand experience in working with labor and management regarding working conditions for employees. She was part of the negotiation team for the present contract and also a member of the team when the first citywide contract was negotiated in 1991.
