Ronald G. Overholt

Mr. Ronald Overholt is the Executive Officer, Jury Commissioner, and Clerk of the Court for the Administratively Consolidated Trial Courts of Alameda County. He has been employed by the Alameda County trial courts since 1988; from 1979 to 1988 he was with the San Diego County Superior Court.

Mr. Overholt is past president of the California Association for Superior Court Administration, an advisory member of the Judicial Council of California, immediate past chair of the Judicial Council's Court Administrators Advisory Committee, a member of the Judicial Council's Executive and Planning Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors of the County Clerks Association of California. He served as one of the chief negotiators on behalf of the California trial courts in the enactment of the landmark trial court funding redesign. He was chair of the Sub-Committee on Employee Status of the Trial Court Funding Task Force.
