Frequently Asked Questions2. Can I contact the task force to express a concern? Yes, the task force is offering several ways for you to express concerns. a. The first half-hour of every task force meeting is open for public comment. Speakers may be limited to three minutes. The dates and times of meetings are posted in the "Meetings" section of this Web site. Comment periods at other times may be available upon request made to the chair. If you would like to request another time for comments write to: Chair of the Task Force on Trial Court Employees, Public Comment, 455 Golden Gate 455 Golden Gate Avenue San Francisco, CA 94102-3660. Please include the subject of the comments, as well as your name and employer or organization. Please submit a written request at least one week before the meeting. The task force will hold meetings throughout the state. Please check the Web site for upcoming meeting information. b. You may send written comments to the above address. c. The task force also receives pubic comment and questions by e-mail at tcemployees@courtinfo.ca.gov. All public comments will be forwarded to the task force members for consideration. Please note that the task force cannot respond to questions and comments individually, but may discuss them in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section of the Web site. |
