Mr. Robert D. Walton, in more than 23 years with CalPERS, has had responsibility for the oversight of Judges' and Legislators' Retirement Systems, actuarial functions, field services, accounting and budget functions, and strategic planning. He has extensive knowledge of the retirement and health programs administered by CalPERS.
