Recommended Personnel Component Models and Employment Status

The Task Force on Trial Court Employees reached unanimous agreement on all personnel component models and on a recommendation of court employment status for all trial court employees at their November 8-10, 1999 meeting. Each of the personnel component models has been modified to reflect the employment status option of court recommended by the task force. These models and all the recommendations are included in the Task Force's Final Report, now available on this web site.
