What Would Your Teen Say?

Use this questionnaire to see if you and your teenager are on the same page in regard to your attitudes toward alcohol, drugs and driving under the influence.

Directions

1. Print out one of each of these questionnaires:
   • What Would Your Teen Say? (Adult Statements)
   • What Would Your Parent/Guardian Say? (Teen Statements)
2. On the Adult Statements questionnaire, please read the incomplete statements in the first column and complete the statement in the second column. In the third column, write how you think your teenager would respond to the incomplete statements.
3. Have your teen do the same with the Teen Statements questionnaire.
4. After completing this exercise take the opportunity to discuss your perspectives on these topics with your teenager.
