Like other stimulant drugs, ecstasy probably causes addiction since people still take ecstasy in spite of the unpleasant physical side effects. Almost 60 percent of people who stop using ecstasy report withdrawal symptoms, including fatigue, loss of appetite, depressed feelings, and trouble concentrating.
